YOUTH WORK IRELAND LOUTH ARE RECRUITING AN EXPERIENCED PART TIME
ACCOUNTS & ADMIN SUPPORT PERSON TO JOIN THE TEAM. YOU WILL BE WORKING
CLOSELY WITH THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAY
TO DAY RUNNING OF THE OFFICE AND THE ACCOUNTS FUNCTIONS.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Bookkeeping duties (Sage) including Bank Reconciliations/ROS
submissions-
* Payroll Administration and Processing
* Coordinate office administration systems and procedures
* Maintenance and facility requirements
* Project assistance
* Document & Presentation production
* Provide administration support for the Directors and report to
monthly BOM meetings
* General ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years' experience working in an Administrator/Accounts role in a
professional services-based environment is essential
* Strong MS office skills
* Must be extremely organised and have the ability to prioritise
* Professional appearance and manner
* Enthusiastic, motivated, and positive attitude
* Skilful writing and editing skills
* Operation of Sage business iCloud to update accounts weekly.

SKILLS:
* Book-keeping Sage Accounts Experience minimum 3 years
QUALIFICATION:
* An Accounting Qualification (IAAT or equivalent) desirable
KEY ASPECTS TO THE ROLE ARE:
* Preparation of management accounts, financial reporting and
cashflow management.
* To process invoices and expenses for projects.
* Any other accounting/book-keeping duties as necessary.
* Effective communication skills are a bonus
* The ability to work on one’s own initiative, to have good
interpersonal skills and to be flexible and responsive will be key to
succeeding in this role
This will be a part-time role: * hours per week
(flexible).
